I stopped smoking. I learnt Kundalini Meditation. Here is what I did to stop smoking.  I learnt Thuriyam – Sahasrara meditation to meditate at my crown chakra.I learnt the Introspection exercises from our Guru Yogiraj Shri Vethathiri Maharishi. How long does it take to form a meditation habit

Forming a meditation habit takes anywhere from two weeks to six months. For some, it could take years. I recommend starting slowly and working up to 20 minutes per session daily. Once you've reached that goal, you can add another session daily. If you're having trouble getting started, try setting aside 15 minutes at the beginning of your day to sit quietly and meditate.
