How to Grow Rich using Kundalini Powers - A Step-by-step guide

People are becoming money-rich but relationship-poor, health-poor, and peace-poor.

Being rich is about becoming prosperous in health, wealth, relationship, fame, and wisdom.

Let me walk you through a simple step-by-step process to attract prosperity and grow rich using your Kundalini energy.

Step 1. Sit in silence

Step 1 - Sit in Silence - Silence Will Do Wonders For Your Productivity

Find a time and a quiet place to sit down in silence. Keep aside your phone, book, computer and anything else that will distract you.

It’s not easy to think when we’re busy doing other things. But if you want to be successful at anything, you need to spend more time thinking than doing. So take a break from your day-to-day activities and just sit quietly and stop your mental chatter. It will do wonders for your productivity!

Step 2. Meditate in Sahasrara over your Kundalini for 20 minutes

Step 2 - Meditate in Sahasrara - Activate Alpha Brain Waves

When you meditate in Sahasrara, your brain waves operate at the Alpha frequency between 8 and 13 cycles per second.

Alpha brain waves are associated with deep relaxation and meditation. They are often used during sleep when we dream.

When we meditate, our brains enter into an altered state of consciousness called “alpha brain wave activity.” They are associated with creativity, intuition, insight, imagination, and other higher-level cognitive functions.

In addition to being able to relax and focus, alpha brain waves are also associated with increased memory recall and improved learning ability.

Step 3. List your financial desire

Step 3 - List your financial desire - How much money do you need

What is your financial desire?

How much money do you need?

By when do you require it?

Add constraints and conditions for achieving your desire.

Why do you need money?

Answer these questions as precisely as possible.

Step 4. Can you not live without it?

Step 4 - Can you not live without it - Achieve financial freedom

Can you not live without the quantum of money that you wrote in step 3?

If yes, try and reduce your need to a minimum needed for you to lead a peaceful life.

Remember that more money means less peace of mind.

I am not saying you shouldn’t desire money. All I am saying is to aim for just enough to give you the financial freedom to lead a peaceful life.

But, I want you to know there are three different financial milestones in life:

  1. Financial security & comfort
  2. Financial luxury
  3. Financial freedom

Financially secure means that you have enough money to pay for your daily needs without having to worry about running out of money in the future. Financial comfort is the ability to meet your basic needs without having to rely on credit cards, loans, or other forms of debt.

Financial luxury is the ability to spend money on things that you do not need in order to live comfortably.

Financial freedom means having enough money in your pocket so that you can do what you want when you want without worrying about how much money you have left over at the end of the month.

Financial freedom is measured by the amount of free time you have on hand without having to work for money.

Which one do you want? How much money do you want?

I am not here to judge how much is enough for you. You will know best.

Have a clear vision of what you wish to achieve. If you don’t know where you are going, a map is useless.

Think about what kind of life you want to live. How will the money help you achieve it?

Bring your financial vision down to a single statement.

For example, my personal financial vision statement reads as follows:

“Achieve financial freedom.”

My financial success is defined by how much free time I have to help you and others to find the heaven inside.

Now, with this financial aim, I become success conscious.

Success will come to me as I am success conscious.

Step 5. Will it hurt you or others?

Step 5 - Will it hurt you or others - God has designed you to avoid pain

In this step, you ask yourself if your financial desire will hurt you or anyone else, at the present or in the future, and physically or mentally.

Write down your answer. List every person or group of people who will get hurt if you achieve your desire. List the exact nature of the hurt.

Think about each item in your list.

Rephrase your desire.

Unwavering desire is the key to success.

You must be determined to succeed.

You can overcome all your obstacles if you are determined to succeed.

The universal force created you to avoid pain for you and others. Do you notice that you don’t like pain at all? It is your basic human nature. Your brain is designed to avoid pain.

You must align your financial desire with the designs of the Almighty.

When I completed this step, my financial desire got rephrased as:

“Achieve financial freedom by removing the pain of the society.”

Step 6. Do you have the financial, physical, and mental capacities to achieve your financial desire?

Step 6 - Do you have the financial, physical, and mental capacities - Develop the skills and discipline to achieve financial success

Financial capacity comes from having the knowledge, skill, and discipline to manage your money effectively.

And that’s why it’s so important to develop a plan.

Without a plan, you could easily waste your money on unnecessary expenses, or miss out on the best investment opportunities.

The key is to figure out which expenditures are essential and which ones are luxuries. Then you can allocate your budget accordingly.

Once you establish your priorities, you can decide which purchases you can afford and which ones you need to put off until later.

Then you can focus on developing the skills and discipline needed to accomplish your financial goals.

Developing the right habits is the hardest thing. So we recommend that you break down your financial desires into smaller pieces that are easier to achieve.

As long as you stay focused on the road ahead, you’ll never hit a brick wall.

With the analysis of this step, rephrase your financial desire.

When I completed Step 6, I rephrased my financial vision statement. It now reads:

“Achieve financial freedom by removing the pain of the society with my authentic knowledge using innovative technology.”

Step 7. Develop a plan

In Step 6, you identified your desired outcome – your goal. Now, in Step 7, you develop a plan to reach your goal.

How do you go about developing a plan? How does a plan differ from a vision?

Here are seven ways to develop a plan:

1) Identify the barriers to achieving your goal. What are the roadblocks to getting there?

2) Determine what you need to do to remove those roadblocks.

3) Decide which activities you need to perform to advance the process.

4) Create an implementation timeline.

5) Set milestones along the way.

6) Define accountability partners. Who needs to be involved?

7) Make a commitment to act.

The secret to growing rich

Here’s a secret to earning loads of money.

Find a huge pain point of the society for which people are willing to pay for a solution.

Discover how you can offer a solution with your strengths and passion.

Develop your plan around it and stay committed and consistent.

Now, here’s the tricky part: Once you’ve developed your plan, you need to commit to acting on it.

Your actions determine whether you succeed or fail. So before you set out on your plan, ask yourself: Have I committed myself to actually executing my plan?

If you answer yes, congratulations! You’re well on your way to achieving your financial goals.

If you answer no, you still have a chance. But you need to figure out what’s holding you back. And until you do, you’re wasting precious time.

Once you’re clear on what’s stopping you, you can start moving forward.

Identify Habits

Once you identify your financial goal, you must determine which habits will help you reach it. I call these “financial habits.”

For example, if you want to buy a house someday, you would need to develop the habit of budgeting money. Once you’ve developed that habit, you might also decide to save 10% of your income. And once you’ve saved 10%, you might decide to put away 20%.

If you want to pay off your debt, you might establish the habit of getting an extra paycheck every month. Then, after you’ve established that habit, you might decide to cut spending and contribute to savings accounts.

These habits are important because they provide structure to your finances. Without structure, you risk losing track of your goals.

Without structure, you risk falling victim to temptation. Without structure, you run the risk of wasting precious time and energy chasing something that isn’t working.

Structure helps you avoid these pitfalls. Structure gives you focus. Structure keeps you accountable. Structure makes you disciplined.

As you practice the behaviour, you’ll find it easier and easier. Soon, you’ll be able to complete the task without thinking too much. Eventually, you’ll find yourself performing this task automatically.

In the long term, you’ll notice that you’re accomplishing more with less effort. Over time, the habit becomes second nature.

Just like building muscle, you can’t work on a habit until you have it.

Step 8. Meditate and Visualize

In Step 7, you wrote down your goals and habits. And in Step 8, you visualize your habits helping you achieve those goals.

Now, it’s time to meditate.

Sahasrara Meditation is an exercise that helps you connect with your inner self. It helps you tune in to your feelings and emotions. It allows you to gain clarity about your thoughts and beliefs.

Meditation also gives you insight into your dreams and desires. It lets you understand your motivations and intentions.

Visualization is the mental equivalent of meditation. It allows you to imagine what you want to happen in your life.

By visualizing your desired outcome, you put yourself in the right state of mind to bring it about.

Visualization is powerful. It works.

Visualization is easy. It’s free.

So here’s the deal:

If you want to build new financial habits, you must first figure out how to visualize your behaviour.

Once you do that, you’ll be able to picture yourself performing that behaviour. You’ll be able to picture your future self living that lifestyle.

Start slowly. Pick one financial habit to form. For example, keeping track of your expenses. Keep an accounting journal or an app. Before you go to bed, write down your expenses. Just writing them will make you cut down on your expenses. You will become conscious of your expenses. You will stop wasting money on unnecessary items.

It helps you reach goals. It helps you build wealth. It helps you stay focused.

Do you get it? I do it all the time.

Visualization helps me avoid distractions. It helps me focus and build momentum.

And most importantly, it helps me break free from the cycle of poverty.

Visualization helps you achieve financial freedom.

Once you’ve clarified your vision, you can use it to guide your actions. If you want to buy a home, your vision becomes a road map.

If you want to quit your job, your vision becomes a compass.

If you want a raise, your vision becomes a blueprint.

If you want more money, your vision becomes a plan.

Your vision helps you understand where you currently stand. It helps you set goals. It guides you toward success.

Is this guide helpful for you?

Let me know if I have missed any steps.

May the almighty force shower you with enough wealth and prosperity.

Thank you for being my inspiration today.

Love you.
