Kundalini meditation has changed my life in many ways. I began practicing it as a way to deal with the stresses and anxieties of everyday life. As soon as I started, I noticed an immense shift – not only did my mind become clearer, but also my body felt lighter and more energized.
To get a better understanding of what kundalini meditation is, let me explain through a personal example. In 1984, I struggled with a lack of concentration and had difficulty finding peace within. I decided to try out this ancient practice that promised better focus to succeed in exams.
Through regular sessions of meditating on Kundalini energy (life force) along with simplified physical exercises and introspection exercises, I slowly shifted away from the negative patterns in my life towards feelings of inner strength and joy.
The journey wasn’t easy—I experienced physical pain, emotional upheaval, and mental exhaustion at times—but once I made it through these challenging moments, I felt liberated like never before!

Before I found kundalini meditation, my temper tantrums would consume me and leave me feeling drained. It was like a time machine – in an instant, I’d be transported to a place where nothing mattered except the anger that had taken over my life.
But then, one day, something changed. Instead of letting the rage take control, I decided to try kundalini meditation and introspection exercises to calm down before things got too harsh. And let me tell you – it was a game-changer!
The trick to anger management is to prevent it before vile emotion raises its ugly head.
I started using this form of meditation to reach deep within myself and learn how to manage my emotions better:
- To help bring balance and harmony into my life;

Overall, kundalini meditation has been an invaluable tool for becoming more conscious about my reactions and behavior in difficult situations.
Swamiji’s teachings have helped me grow mentally and spiritually. It allows me to tap into inner peace no matter what comes along the path ahead!
I Moralized My Unwanted Desires
As I began diving deeper into my meditation practice, I started understanding the power of harnessing unwanted desires.
Every day I meditated, it felt like a journey toward an oasis in the desert, and every step forward was closer to neutralizing my cravings.
My daily rituals helped me become aware of how these desires were controlling me without my knowledge.
By focusing on understanding why I had them rather than suppressing them, they became more manageable and easier to control. Rather than letting them take over when they arose, I could observe them objectively and make conscious decisions about whether or not to act upon them.
The results were remarkable – within months of practicing this technique, my relationship with myself improved, as did those around me. Instead of feeling enslaved by my wants and needs, I found liberation by recognizing their presence and learning how to work with them instead of against them.
This newfound freedom has brought much joy and contentment into my life, something no material possessions can ever replace!
I Developed Positive Thinking
I was so lost in my thoughts before I started meditation. Negative thinking had taken over, and I felt like I could never escape the cycle of inner turmoil that held me back from living a fulfilling life.
It wasn’t until I began meditating regularly that I started to see the power of positive thinking.
Swamiji showed me that it was not possible to stop thinking. But it was possible to stop negative thinking. All I had to do was to superimpose positive thinking over negative thinking at an Alpha level frequency of the mind. Meditation at Sahasrara helped me to remain at the Alpha frequency between 8 and 13 cycles per second.
It took time, but eventually, with consistent practice and dedication, my negative thought patterns slowly began shifting into something more divine.
Through meditation and silent introspection, I learned how to tap into the power of positivity and use it as an engine for transformation.
My experience showed me how powerful positive thinking could be when utilized correctly – opening up new possibilities for growth and self-discovery that otherwise wouldn’t have been available to me.
Meditation gave me a way out of my old habits; it allowed me to cultivate a sense of contentment, making room for joyous moments that previously seemed unreachable.
With its help, I can now remain calm during challenging situations, making them easier to handle without succumbing to fear or anger.
This newfound ability has liberated me from limiting beliefs and opened up an entirely new world of opportunities in all areas of my life!
I Enhanced Creativity Through Kundalini Meditation
I have been using kundalini meditation for 39 years, which has incredibly impacted my life. Through this practice, I enhanced creativity in many ways – mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Let me share with you the three main things that happened to me when I began meditating:

Back in the day, when I first started my journey of kundalini meditation in college, integrating it into my daily life seemed like an impossible task. After all, it was so new and foreign to me that I wasn’t sure how best to incorporate it.
But as time went by and I became more comfortable with the practice, I realized just how powerful incorporating kundalini meditation into my everyday routine could be.
Here are four ways that have been transformative for me:
- Making Time for Meditation – Taking a few minutes each day to focus on my life force has become essential for me. It helps clear away any stress or anxious thoughts that might be lingering and keep me grounded throughout the day.
- Exercising – mainly neuromuscular breathing and Makar asana energize me in multiple ways. Neuromuscular breathing helps to oxygenate my body and reduce stress, which helps to boost my energy levels. Makarasana, or crocodile pose, strengthens my backbone, improves my posture and circulation, and activates my central nervous system. These exercises help invigorate my body and mind and give me the energy I need to power through my day.
- Introspection – Silently introspecting helped me develop positive thinking, moralize desires, neutralize anger, eradicate worries, and realize who I am.
- Kayakalpa Yoga helps me transmute my sexual energy into spiritual energy. It keeps me to prevent disease, remain healthy, stay youthful and energetic, and live with discipline.
Kundalini meditation has undoubtedly changed my life in many ways over the years. Still, perhaps most importantly, it helped shape the person I am today — one who loves deeply, lives intentionally, and radiates positivity everywhere I go!
Developing Intuition Through Kundalini Meditation
Meditating with kundalini has been a life-changing experience for me. It’s opened up my inner world like I never thought possible, and it’s taken me on an incredible journey of discovery.
As I’ve gone deeper into this practice, I’m learning the power of intuition and how to tap into its wisdom in daily life – just like unlocking a secret door!
As I meditate more often and get better at connecting with myself, my gut feelings become stronger when making decisions or navigating difficult situations.
This allows me to move away from relying solely on logic, which can become overwhelming if too many options or variables are in play.
Instead, by tapping into my intuition during meditation, I can trust what feels right and make confident choices without overthinking them.
It’s amazing how much clarity and focus you can achieve through kundalini meditation; I am getting more insight into myself and the people close to me.
My understanding of relationships has grown so much since beginning this practice – everything seems brighter now!
There’s no doubt that regular meditation is helping me live a fuller life, both internally and externally.

Firstly, be consistent in your practice by setting aside the same time every day. Even 10 minutes of focusing on yourself are enough – make sure you don’t miss days or cut them short without reason.
Secondly, find an experienced teacher who can guide you along this path correctly, as there’s more to it than meets the eye.
Lastly, try exploring different methods of meditating until you find a weekly meditation schedule that resonates with you the most – then stick to it consistently!
If all goes well and you follow these tips closely, soon enough, your mind will become stiller and clearer than ever before… And who knows how far down the rabbit hole this could lead?!
My journey with Kundalini meditation has been life-changing. I have overcome some of my biggest obstacles, like smoking and drinking. My intuition is more vital than ever before, and I’m connected to nature in a way impossible for me.
