During the third level course of the SKY Yoga system, the SKY master will guide you to open the Anahata chakra (heart chakra) during the initiation of the nine-centre meditation practice.
I must warn you not to try heart chakra meditation by watching a youtube channel or visiting a website.
Learn it safely and systematically from a Vethathiri SKY Yoga Center.
