At first, it isn’t easy to feel the vibrations at the Muladhara chakra. Following practices will help you intensify it.
- Do Shanthi meditation twice daily for one week after initiation.
- Please do it for a few minutes after each meal.
- Do it before going to bed.
- Touch the Mooladhara chakra once or twice for seconds if you don’t feel the pulsations.
- Do Aswini Mudra of Kayakalpa Yoga 10 to 20 times before starting Shanthi meditation.
- Join the group meditation at a Vethathiri SKY Yoga centre near you.
