How Often to Practice Kundalini Yoga?

How often to practice Kundalini Yoga Cover

Our Swamiji, Yogiraj Sri Vethathiri Maharishi, has recommended that you practice Kundalini yoga twice daily for 20 to 30 minutes each.

Please avoid doing Kundalini meditation for more than 40 minutes at a time.

Avoid meditating more than five times a day. If you did, you would become disinterested in worldly life. You will become unfit for society. You may become a burden to others.

Meditate for 20 to 30 minutes at a time twice daily.
