With his guidance, I projected my life force outside my body and turned around to see my physical body lying on the floor. Holding his hands, we traveled to a few places he had asked me to visit. The experience was surreal and eye-opening. After the meditation, I safely returned to my body and entered it. I can confidently say that it was the most beautiful meditation I had ever experienced.
