There is only one type of Kundalini that is common for both men and women.
Kunda + Ali + Ini = Kundalini
Kunda means a vessel
Ali means neither a woman nor a man
Ini means the life energy
Kundalini is the life energy common for both women and men that powers the vessel, the body and the mind.
A woman can safely and efficiently practice Kundalini Yoga.
She can achieve the same spiritual awakening a man can achieve in her lifetime.
Only humans have Kundalini energy.
Animals and other life forms do not have Kundalini Shakthi
The life force of a Human and other life forms cannot interchange its place.
