Manipuraha is located around the belly button connecting to the Pancreas.
Anahata is about two inches above the solar plexus and two inches below the throat connecting to the Thymus.
Visukthi is around the throat connecting to the Thyroid glands.
Ajna is between the eyebrows connecting to the Pituitary.
Sahasrara is at the crown of the head, relating to the Pineal.
